Foundation Contribution Allocation Disclosure
Our ongoing project is not based on any one book, film or person, but is a synthesis of many authenticated historical sources; current, personal & archival first-person interviews and genuine WWII footage filmed by the men who conceived and executed the rescue without sustaining a single casualty.
As Legacy in Focus, our 501c3 Tax Exempt Foundation, receives pledged and/or contributed funds, project expenses will be accounted and paid by the Foundation.

Once the documentary series and statue/monument are created and finalized, remaining funds will be utilized to stage Veteran Benefit Screenings around the US with the remainder donated to vetted Veterans charities, such as vetsroll.org, Soldier Field Foundation and other organizations that benefit the remaining members of America’s Greatest Generation.

- Ongoing Interviewee & Story Acquisition/Research

- Petition US Congress (on camera) for creation and installation of Statue/Monument
Family members travel to Washington to meet with Rep. Panetta, US National Parks
PHASE 3: NOVEMBER 2026-JUNE 2027(?): $450,000
- Post-Production: Writing, Episodic Story Arcs, VO recording sessions
- Edit assembly Long cuts
- Identify & Commission Notable Serbian sculptor to design and create Statue/monument
- Graphics package & VFX, integration/processing of Archival footage

Finish Editing into a series of cliff-hanger episodes that, in totality, tell the entire story
